CAN I ATTEND THE KIRTAN FOR FREE ?
No, you need to register to get access to the kirtans. It costs us to invite the kirtaniyas, setup the stage, decorate the kirtan hall, arrange the sound system etc, so you would need to pay to attend the kirtans as well.
¿PUEDO ASISTIR AL KIRTAN GRATIS?
No, necesitas registrarte para tener acceso a los kirtans. Nos cuesta invitar a los kirtaniyas, montar el escenario, decorar la sala de kirtan, rentar el sistema de sonido, etc., por lo que también tendrás que pagar para asistir a los kirtans.
MY KIDS ARE 5 YEARS AND YOUNG. WILL I NEED TO PAY FOR REGISTRATION FOR THEM ?
You are charged only for people who are 6 years or more. You will need to accommodate your kids (5 years and younger) in one of your beds.
MIS HIJOS TIENEN 5 AÑOS O MENOS. ¿TENDRE QUE PAGAR EL REGISTRO PARA ELLOS?
Solo se cobra por personas de 6 años o más. Podrás acomodar a tus hijos (5 años o menos) en una de tus camas.
MY DAUGHTER IS 2 YEARS OLD, DO I NEED TO REGISTER HER ?
Yes, it is important that you register your daughter as well, even though you are not paying for her and she will be sharing the bed with your family members. This is especially needed when you are sharing the room with others, so that we can allocate the other members in the room accordingly.
MI HIJA TIENE 2 AÑOS, ¿NECESITO REGISTRARLA?
Sí, es importante que registres a tu hija también, aunque no pagues por ella y ella compartirá la cama con sus familiares. Esto es especialmente necesario cuando comparte la habitación con otros, para que podamos asignar a los otros miembros de la habitación en consecuencia.
CAN I ATTEND THE EVENT ON JUST ONE OF THE DAYS ?
Unfortunately we are unable to allow this option. The cost model we have with the resort requires us to fill as much accommodation as we can within the resort, so that we can meet our budget. So we are able to allow only one type of registration which is to attend the entire 3 day event.
¿PUEDO ASISTIR AL EVENTO SOLO UNO DE LOS DÍAS?
Lamentablemente, no podemos permitir esta opción. El modelo de costo que tenemos con el lugar requiere que llenemos tantos alojamientos como podamos dentro del complejo, para que podamos cumplir con nuestro presupuesto. CAN I GET A PRIVATE ROOM ?
Yes, you can get a private room just for yourself or with your family in the Glamping option. Glamping is a form of luxurious camping where you have the bed, running water, own bathroom and privacy.

Sí, puedes conseguir una habitación privada solo para ti o con tu familia en la opción Glamping. Glamping es una forma de acampar de lujo donde cuentas con cama, regadera, baño propio y area privada.
HOW DOES THE HOSTEL OPTION WORK ?
These are rooms with many bunk beds – some are with 6, 9 or 12. There are separate bathrooms outside for men and women. Towels are provided for every bed. You can choose your roommates and let us know by August 15th. If you do not have a preference, we will allocate Prabhus and Matajis in different rooms.
¿CÓMO FUNCIONA LA OPCIÓN HOSTAL?
Estas son habitaciones con muchas literas, algunas tienen 6, 9 o 12. Los baños se encuentrar separados afuera de la habitación para hombres y mujeres. Se proporcionan toallas para cada cama. Puedes elegir a tus compañeros de habitación y avisarnos antes del 15 de agosto. Si no tiene preferencia, asignaremos a Prabhus (Hombres) y Matajis (Mujeres) en diferentes habitaciones.
HOW DOES THE CAMPING OPTION WORK ?
There is a separate area for camping where you can set up your tent. There are separate bathrooms for men and women nearby.
¿CÓMO FUNCIONA LA OPCIÓN CAMPING?
Hay un área exclusiva para acampar donde puede instalar su tienda de campaña. Cuenta con baños separados para hombres y mujeres dentro de la misma area.
CAN I GET MY OWN ACCOMMODATION ?
Unfortunately we cannot allow this option. The cost model we have with the resort requires us to fill as much accommodation as we can within the resort, so that we can meet our budget.

CAN I STAY IN THE RESORT ONE DAY EARLY I.E. ON THURSDAY NIGHT ?
Yes, we can book an extra night for you in the resort. We are taking this additional work to help devotees as we understand they might get cheaper tickets for a day before. We don’t know about the exact rate yet, we will let you know around July mid. Please note that Prasadam will only be provided starting from Friday dinner as part of your registration fees. Please email mexico-info@sadhusangaretreat.com with your additional night request before July 31.

WHAT ARE THE HOTELS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT DETAILS ?
Check-in is on Friday, September 15 at 3 pm. Early check-in is allowed from noon. Check-out is on Monday, September 18 at 12 pm.

El Check-in para las habitaciones es el viernes 15 de Septiembre a las 3pm, pero se puede llegar desde el medio día sin problema. Y el check-luges el Lunes 18 de Septiembre a las 12pm; per puedes permanecer en el resort sin problema hasta las 6pm

WHAT IS THE CLOSEST AIRPORT TO THE LOCATION OF THE RETREAT?
The Sadhu Sanga Kirtan Retreat will be held at the Las Estacas Resort, address is 62774 Morelos, Mexico. This place is about 125 km, 2 hrs drive from the MEX airport.
¿CUÁL ES EL AEROPUERTO MÁS CERCANO A LA UBICACIÓN DEL RETIRO?
El Retiro Sadhu Sanga Kirtan se llevará a cabo en Las Estacas Resort, con domicilio en 62774 Morelos, México. Este lugar está a unos 125 km, 2 horas en coche desde el aeropuerto MEX.
WHAT IS THE SCHEDULE OF THE EVENT SO THAT I CAN BOOK MY FLIGHT TICKETS ACCORDINGLY ?
First kirtan is at 7 pm on Friday, September 15. Dinner is at 6 pm. Last kirtan is on September 18, Monday at 1 pm. Togo lunch boxes will be available for pickup from 10:30 am on Monday.
¿CUÁL ES EL HORARIO DEL EVENTO PARA QUE PUEDA RESERVAR MIS BOLETOS DE VUELO CORRESPONDIENTEMENTE?
El primer kirtan es a las 7 pm el viernes 15 de septiembre. La cena es a las 6 pm. El último kirtan es el Lunes 18 de septiembre a la 1 pm. contaremos con loncheras para llevar, que estarán disponibles a partir de las 10:30 a. m. del Lunes.
IS THERE SHUTTLE SERVICE AVAILABLE ?
We are planning to arrange shuttles for airport pick up/drop offs at designated times for a nominal fee. Details will be updated here in the FAQ around August mid.
¿HAY SERVICIO DE TRANSPORTE DISPONIBLE?
Estamos planeando organizar traslados para recoger/dejar en el aeropuerto en horarios designados por una tarifa nominal. Los detalles se actualizarán aquí en las preguntas frecuentes a mediados de agosto.
WHAT IS THE DAILY SCHEDULE OF THE EVENT SO THAT I CAN PLAN FOR VOLUNTEERING TIME ACCORDINGLY ?
Srimad Bhagavatam class is at 7 am. Breakfast will be served from 8 am. There will be kirtans from 9 am – 1:30 pm. Lunch will be served from 1:30 pm. There will be kirtans from 4 pm – 10:30 pm with a break for dinner from 7 pm – 8 pm.
¿CUÁL ES EL PROGRAMA DIARIO DEL EVENTO PARA QUE PUEDE PLANIFICAR EL TIEMPO DE VOLUNTARIADO EN CORRESPONDENCIA?
La clase de Srimad Bhagavatam es a las 7 am. El desayuno se servirá a partir de las 8 am. Habrá kirtans de 9 am a 1:30 pm. El almuerzo se servirá a partir de las 13:30 horas. Habrá kirtans de 4 pm a 10:30 pm con un descanso para cenar de 7 pm a 8 pm.
